When Huk engaged into Kelazhurs fully deployed liberators and still won, it seems liberators are less scary than I thought

ByuN is around and using ghosts. But IIRC the ghost nerf was because of TvZ. And if snipe was nerfed as hard now ultras would shrek Terran too hard.
