ByuN is around and using ghosts. But IIRC the ghost nerf was because of TvZ. And if snipe was nerfed as hard now ultras would shrek Terran too hard.

An emp nerf happened too. Ghosts got fucked hard. The resource nerf, the snipe nerf and the emp nerf pretty much removed it from 2 match ups and its rarely built in the third.
