go Parting, I want you to win this.
+ Show Spoiler [small rant on Daedalus] + Daedalus is still a terrible map that shouldn't have been in the map pool in the first place. I like weird new features like the super-wide ramp but a map needs more than just one feature. And this map had nothing special but that. And now it has no interesting features at all. A wide-open middle with no points to contest, nothing to fight over at all. All bases at the edges of the map. No point in ever moving out.

This is Heroes of the Storm levels of map balance

Mutas are obv weaker due to the MSC, but still seems strong. Just spine up natural like crazy using the drones from the third and only mine gas there. No zerg mastermind that can tell me why it does/doesn't? One thing is the backdoor to the natural on Yeonsu, but I think spines can be placed well enough. As far as I know it doesn't. If they see mutas they recall back and are in no rush to rush into 20 spines like in WoL because WoL infestors no longer exist. Hm yeah, recall probably ruins it. And I was talking about the style where you get 3 bases with ~55-60 drones and as you see protoss move out you pull your drones back from the third to make spines, mining only gas so you don't lose your entire economy when protoss kills the third.
I don't think a good Protoss should fall for that bait. An empty third always tells me, THIS ZERG HAS NO UNITS,NO DEFENSES AND IS PRAYING YOU KILL THIS THIRD INSTEAD OF HIM.

all these ideas rock.

Yes, it was no joke. It could add some complexity

Can you use FF to block a Building landing?

Yeah, Still, if SoO wins it on this map (it is Z favoured) that sort of evens out with Yeonsu.

You put the spines up at your natural, so you have defenses there.
