Sounds cute, thanks for the response, do you have a video of this?

Funny thing is, the "pros" obviously know this too. But as long is they make money no one talks about it. At the "top" level, where everyone makes the right decisions, its pretty much is like watching people roll a dice.

Ya like that last game, he pretty much just drew the only card that would make him win automatically and so the game was over, even though the other player made all the right decisions and was set up to take the game in his next turn.
I just can't get into it. It's nice and all, but as an "e-sport" there is so much left to chance/non-skill based that the "skill ceiling" will max out really quickly. Just wait and see, they are already getting to that point.

Yes. It was a cool thing to see but I am not sure it is actually worth it to lose the drone so early on for that.

If you were to (IF) go for that sort of build, you're probably all-in right?

you guys realize that hearthstone will get more cards and therefore the "skill ceiling" will automatically rise? I mean i don't enjoy watching it at all, but this argument feels pretty wrong to me

It is, because it will win you the game most likely since your ling attack won't be stopped. Comes down to micro etc but its really huge.

That's kind of, artificial, don't you think? That's sort of like if they just kept adding new units to starcraft every few months. I mean, it's different obviously, but still.

Right, but over time there will be cards which are found to be more consistent which will be played over the RNG cards.

What? I dont think anyone was talking about the few RNG Cards in the game. Random starting decks and random card drawing will always be THE major factor. The only skill i can see would be in building decks.
