Workers don't matter without Nexus.
Hero was down in army supply slightly and was out of position.
If anything, this demonstrates how hard it is to defend as protoss against an aggressive terran: Hero had drop defense in place, but misjudged his army splitting. He had too few units to deal with drops and too many at his front, so the drops were doing insane damage. He had to pull more units back to deal with the drop in the main, but because his army supply was lower, he no longer had enough to deal with the push at the front. Terran bio destroys a nexus absurdly quickly, it takes all of 3-5 seconds to lose one. Toss units are too slow to catch up to them, so you basically have to have your units in position ahead of time flawlessly or a ton of warp ins available.
