Niiice! I hoped this series would make a comeback! =)

Awesome. Hopefully it won't clash with something major like last time.

Honestly, you get to see Polt in so many tournaments and I like that SCA is an opportunity to see players who don't usually get to play BO5s on the big stage. Call it affirmative action, call it whatever you want, I'm a firm believer in regional competition being necessary for a healthy scene.
why having an hypocrite rule so? Just say that koreans cannot play in and you're done. If some random kor comes with a work visa it'd be hilarious haha

First of all, learn what hypocrite means before you use it again you just look like a fool. Secondly, regional events happen in every sport on the planet why can't it happen in SC2?

TB: ty for reply earlier
Everyone else: Alright guys, you excited to see Destiny win a tournament?!
?
Depending on the players, it will take some doing to get the storylines across. I'm looking forward to it though, I want to see how they approach it in case someone we've never heard of ends up in there

"I want a US Work Visa." "Okay, when will you be going to the US to work." "I won't." "...go away."

Given the restrictions on visas, and that professional gamers are technically working, I often wonder how much bending if not downright breaking of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement law goes on. (I'm not an immigration lawyer, for all I know it's perfectly legal. Absolutely legal. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. Maybe it's exactly the same as someone vacationing in Vegas that happens to win a good slot jackpot or something.)

This assumes the visa system is easy to understand, especially for people who do not speak English as their primary language. Or not convoluted. It's entirely possible to not lie to customs and still be on the wrong side of things.

So hyped for this! One of the better tournaments of the scene !

We've updated the deadline to the 5th of December at midnight. This is to allow eligible players competing at Dreamhack, WCG and IEM to get back in time to attempt to qualify for the tournament as well as giving other ladder players more time to pushing their ranking. We feel this is the best solution for everyone and gives the ladder that extra few days of "hot competition". We should remind people that currently a week of inactivity on GM ladder will get you booted out of GM, so be careful about spending too much time off the grid.

Cool to see the extension, this will be good for huk, xeno, gosuuser etc.
Unfortunately for myself, I'll still be in China visiting family so I'll be sitting this one out :'(
