It amuses me that, at some point in the history of a nation's institutions, a special committee is appointed to declare what bird should officially represent the country.
Pretty sure that happens everywhere, in some capacity or form.
We are ready to go but the stream is dropping frames and we're working on the connection. Please be patient. We are trying to make the downtime broadcast as fun as possible.

No word on if the vigilante was successful.

You sure it isn't sLivko?
Have you seen Slivko? You could recognize him on body type alone.

One man is seeking revenge against those who have wronged him all his life. Another is unwilling to let go of tradition as the world buckles down on him. This Summer, two of the most unlikely allies team up as they go on a rampage through IEM Shanghai. But if they want revenge, they'll have to get past one man and his axe. Prepare for the blockbuster of the season,

To clarify for everyone: Intel Extreme Masters Shanghai is taking place inside ChinaJoy, China's largest gaming show.
There are a ton of upsides, but the downside is that they only allow us in at 8am (show starts at 9am) and they cut the power 45 minutes after the show closes. We were at ChinaJoy in 2011 and ran a fine tournament with DotA, CS 1.6 and Warcraft III back then with the same restrictions. This time the venue is providing us with not the most stable internet and wonky power.
We've made sure the players are not affected by it, but the streaming side is, unfortunately. The staff all have between 10 and 100 events under their belts. If there's anyone that can fix those things, they can. Please be patient, we will get the show running asap.
