I think the argument is that JD seemed to perform significantly below par for him. Demuslim gets routinely clowned in tournaments by much lesser Zergs, so lag and poor time for the game might have affected JD significantly. Or maybe not.

Jaedong has never been impressive apart from his zvz. Yeah, he beat Flash in Proleague, but was it a long straight up macro game ? It was just a baneling bust to punish Flash's greed which any pro level player is capable of doing.

lucifron, kas, MajOr and thorzain are all very good terrans. I wouldn't call Demuslim the best since I would put Thorzain, MajOr or lucifron above him in any matchup any day. Also fun fact, if you dig through demuslim's vods, you can see at one point major was giving him advice on TvT in WoL.
