Fungals now require consideration of "ballistics" - you must target where the mutas will be, not where they are. It's not an instant BAM you're dead. It's more like trying to lead your target with a rifle, and hoping you get a good shot off. (I endorse that change, btw. I wouldn't even mind something like that for Toss storm or Ghost EMP.
