The usual: Don't flame casters or players. Don't discuss balance in this or any LR thread. Don't call your fellow posters idiots. Be excited, happy and entertained. |

Cool thing if Life wins is that it'll be a repeat of the first GSL: Terran considered OP, Zerg considered UP, the one Zerg left in the quarterfinals manages to take the tournament. Only difference is that Toss actually had a respectable showing this time around ^^

In other words?

I have to say, Life chose the absolutely perfect name for who he is and what he's done for Zerg and SC2.

Lol. Day[9]. You so punny.

Splitting an army milliseconds is way harder than using two control groups. Idiot.

Naw everyone that really cares about SC2 knew how good Life was for a while I think. You only had to watch one or two of his games and you could easily tell that he wasn't a "patchzerg".
Only people that don't think Life is good are those that are mad because Life trashed their favorite player, seriously.

You weren't paying enough attention. That was classic aggression into expansion. I can guarantee not many other zergs could do that. It was much more than a classic bust. Both of these players are playing masterfully at the moment. Except for Flashes splitting.

Its a very delicate balance of trying to be safe vs all in's but be in the best possible position vs non-all-ins.

There is more to a series then just the games itself, especially in a final.

why? It's not even half the # of participants.

The ling/bling timing into mutas is too hard for widow mines to deal with. They need a lot of space and time or one small choke to eliminate the effect of bad shots. Not only can blings/lings cover that space quickly, but they can bust even strong walls and the blings doubly punish bad widow mine shots since they need to get sniped.
Tanks would at least hold the chokes and walls better especially with their ability to snipe clusters of banes.

I was enjoying the TvT and TvP, but this is pretty silly. Just not that fun to watch, for either side. Cookie cutter and brainless.

Dear Flash,
I know you like your Bio/Widow Mine build a good deal, and I know you have your reasons for doing so. I am a mere mortal compared to the StarCraft godliness that is you, but please, change it up.
Regards, PV
