Nice Teaser for the next Homestory Cup!
Thanks Naruto. Was hoping to see any information about this tournament.
Anyone else got no audio on the stream?
heromarine is really good right now, I think he will be one of the best foreigner terrans in hots.
Grubby 0-3 in his group... guess its not his day or some? thats pretty bad
He lost 1-2 in all three matches Very rough day for him
noone is updating the stats?
Yeah, Grubby did not look sharp yesterday on his stream either - combined with bad luck that's tough indeed :-/
Day 2 starting now with HasuObs vs TargA

weee
the perfect foreplay before MLG

Yeah, I also wonder what the problem with the stream could be, I mean I remember yesterday the stream went down, and Grubby continued streaming from Take's house without problems... really weird... :-/
We're up and running now, sorry for the delay. Had some routing problems that led to terrible lag, and we wanted to fix that before we go live. Everything's fine now.
Haha, TargA going mass infestor for the fun. He lost anyways, might as well put up a great show. :D
damn feedbacked 2x infestors and still 20 infestors left. And Hasu still scared from WoL it seems lol. But would be funny he can Neural the whole army.
can someone tell him that its socke and not hasu oO
those mines are damn good... it's like adding siege tanks but without the eco commitment and lack in mobility + another great harrassment unit for T.
I hope they will get a slight nerf
wow lol was out about half an hour and now it's 2:2 Socke vs Heromarine?!
What happened? Heromarine looked stellar in those 2 first games.

Socke went aggressive and broke HeroMarines defense in those 2 games, while HeroMarine was trying to do harassment.

Socke realized that Hero's early drops leave him very vulnerable early on, so he left enough units at his base to defend the drops (in addition to photon overcharge, which was crucial) and took the rest of his army and busted Marine. That is also why you didn't see Marine go for early drops in the fifth game.
Anyways, why is Salt playing against Monchi?
edit: oh, there is a loser bracket.
thx for the info.
Looking forward to watching Hasu vs Heromarine!
Heromarine seems to be a nice guy even though Take and Naruto want to spoil him and in the process turn him into Xlord 2.0 x-D
The bracket is kind of weird, do Socke and Monchi get any advantage that they won the first round of the winner bracket, when they have to face off against the players who lost the first round? I mean, except that they had to play one more set and are now more fatigued than their opponents.
edit: on the other hand, why should they get an advantage, it's not as if one has won over the other.

HeroMarine really impresses me, especially his splits.

now that you point it out... it is indeed a bit messed up. Usually targa and salt should have played in the loser bracket round 1 against each other to advance to the second round to play against the losers of WB round 2. But then you would have needed 4 more players in WB round 1...
Well the whole tournament doesnt seem like it has been very well organized^^ All this loserbracket stuff is redundant in my opinion. It should still be 4. monchi 3. socke 2. hasuobs 1. Heromarine like it would be without loserbracket.

Great tournament, need to focus on both this one and MLG^^. Glad to see Heromarine doing well really talented young player, still a bit overconfident but you gotta remember he is still only 15 so understandable.
Heromarine has really improved lately, sick games!
Congrats Hasu and Heromarine too! great games so thank you one.de n take !
Hahahaha Takes true character always comes out through his students. He raised the biggest troll in all of e sports history, xlord and now the one and only Heromarine =) I somehow love this guy, and his achievments are quite impressive for being 15 years old.
