Except it's a deathball that starts from the first unit built and is added to all game, unlike the old BL/Infestor/Corruptor where you effectively had to trade away your midgame army.

Protoss is so safe with sentry, MSC, Photon Overcharge and Phoenix it's incredibly hard to break it.

Back to infestors, if you can get some fungels on that ball it might help targeting or atleast to pull back on when Protoss uses that Voidray charge.

As i see it the biggest problem with Protoss is that not only is the race itself the least micro intensive, but it also has the means to bring down any micro potential from Zerg and Terran. I don't know if this is imbalanced or not, but it is incredibly boring to watch.

its insane, the mothership core forces zerg to make zerglings while protoss can take a 3rd at 7-8 minutes with stargate that cant be punished

basically zerg is pressured more than in wol, protoss can be greedier and zerg has the weaker lategame army

The main villains here are the Void Rays which are now incredibly cost efficient vs the Corruptors. The splash does everything else.

I really don't like this argument. If both players are passive and build tier three armies, one should not be vastly more powerful than the other.

I've been withholding any opinions on balance, but I'm beginning to suspect that void rays are too powerful in ZvP.

As in it's freaking boring to watch, and yes I agree, the BL/infestor deathball was fucking horrible as well. The whole Protoss going mothership with vortex against Zerg BL/infestor was just as terrible. You really like to argue with people, don't you?
