Toss is very fragile if they don't turtle P:

they want the zerg to make a few lings.
but they are hoping it is less than 30.

Wolf should be slapping himself for saying all 3 zergs could be advancing today, even if that's what was on everyone's mind.

I guess that's a mindgame decision based on the fact that P always has holes in their wall.
Thanks, I'll be doing this build until HOTS comes out

They cut corners, figure Zerg won't take the risk of making that many units that can be useless with one Zealot blocking that choke, and move out to do pressure or scout. Zergs noticed a pattern, are abusing it. Protoss players will have to learn to play safer for a while, then when everybody stops doing it, they'll start cutting corners again probably.
|
Don't worry, Protoss players will figure out that if they want to pressure with the zealot and stalker they just need to leave a probe at the wall while they're doing it until the Zealot confirms no all-in. Some day they'll figure it out.
|
it's quite easy to figure out why you lose to this build, protoss wants to get ahead and make their timings more powerful and sharper or give me variation and flexibility in their builds when they pressure zerg and disrupt the zergs timings and economic power.
we all know pvz is a joke in a macro game so it's about timings and setting them up

That was a gamble by Sniper. Can't believe seed did not see those lings. And where was his probe? Did he even scout the 3rd?

It's only going to work against an FFE protoss who is aggressive with his first few units... Not really a good build to play with. More of a metagame thing at the top level. Most other P will leave a zealot there...

Faking 3rd base, but he only has one queen. ALL IN IS COMING LOL AHAHAHAHAHAHA hey casters. Every single one of you, in every single damn zvp in the last year you've said "when protoss scouts the 3rd base he is safe and doesn't need to worry about anything" from the zerg. well. one queen this has been known for a while, and even though Seed didn't scout it he still should've stopped it but he didn't watch the minimap I know. how do you think he should have scouted it? (besides seeing it on the minimap just outside his base, even if he had the stalker on hold position he had no sentry and no warpgate)
Send out probe to check Third again like Rain does, a Queen should be heading towards there and if not something's up and go into the natural.
[or]
Be better with map awareness, send zealot earlier where he has to see lings come out of natural, or build pylon at ramp faster so he knows(since Sniper has to sneak around/be sudden with that build) that the allin is coming.

Do you think a probe is going to stop that?
even if he had a sentry at home, you can kill the wall with zerglings, I've seen zenio go for his baneling bust and then win the game without making any banelings, just by taking the whole wall down while being tickled by 1 sentry and 1 cannon.

I don't think a probe stops that all-in. You need at least a zealot (sentry even better).

they add a twitch tv stream for GSL so i got rid of the gom player, now it will only play on the gom player

That's why I'm going to baneling nest, sniper pulled out after 100 gas

yeah the zenio baneling bust (or equivalent roach/speedling bust) with 3 hatch and 1 queen will give you much more consistent results than the pure speedling runby.

This game should be sick, Life(and Leenock) are by faaaaaaaaaar my favourite zergs to watch.

he already had a stalker queued, even if he cancelled and started a sentry, wouldn't be in time
