I am fucking impressed by Grubby. He played amazing and looked like a code S korean protoss.
That sort of multitasking should be standard for protoss and zerg, like it is for terran Kinda sad that it isn't standard, both of them are too deathbally in general, it makes much more entertaining games when all races have to have insane multitasking.

and why they stopped doing it? i think sage/tassadar were doing that style even before hero. they still do it, but zergs are better at dealing with it these days-esp the kr zergs.
you are fooling noone. tassadar never took a third, unless he had reduced the zerg to 1 base.

Yeah, the game was still really favorable for Slivko and I was actually thinking he had the game.
Losing the Infestors was the turning point in the game. It just so happens Grubby out multitasked him and he had no tech structures left.

how did such a terrible player like slivko got so far?
User was warned for this post

Just sad that game was even. Grubby was 10x better.

Someday, I hope Bisu goes all Revolutionist on SC2 and brings us into the age of extreme multitasking.
For now, we must rely on others.

Many do, and lose anyways.
Hero vs Sen for example. Or any Hero PvZ. Or Rain vs DRG in OSL finals.
The style is not new, the problem is good zergs know that the way to deal with it is just attack with their doom army and win. Lategame zerg army is way too supply efficient.

If not for that, he would have won the game easily. Only grubby forced it, as he forced so many silly things over the past days vs everyone. Hes abusing his opponents reaction time SO hard. He probably knew slivko was microing in his main base while he moved his infestors to his broods blindly ^^

Zerg late game just became very beatable all the sudden.
