I just realized that so far all of the DH Champions of the last year are still in this! (Nerchio, Thorzain, Taeja, and Mana)
I root for Euro Zergs, NA Protoss* and Korean Terrans. (Any North American who has beat a Korean Pro as Protoss counts as NA Toss)

I think the Dreamhack production is very good as usual, but I am very disappointed we have no player cams, crowd mics or even crowd shots. But I suppose this is just because Dreamhack usually does this that I expect it, but it feels quite empty without it.

TLO needs to win 2 in a row to get any prize money.

Nah, he's a hell of a lot more clever than you give him credit for. TLO and Snute are basically the two smartest, most ruthlessly analytically players in the foreign scene. It's actually a fun match-up between these two, because they probably have the two best practice regimes of anybody.

This tournament is taking place from the DH-Lan, and they don't have unlimited space because of it.

He was actually known for having one of the best ZvZ's in Europe because of his ling/bling earlygame. But then queens got their buff...

Well, we still see quite a lot of LingBling early game in GSL ZvZ's so it can still be useful. European Zergs seem to agree on almost completely skipping that phase of the game

You can even add that Hero is still in. So we have all the winners of the last year.

They were probably referring to the fact that while they are being warped in, they cannot defend themselves and therefore the enemy units stay alive longer to attack.

Oh lol I didn't even think about the list of players, just saw the "last year" and had a knee-jerk reaction.

He plays well and his style works very well for him so I guess he's smart and good at this game.
But the these ZvZ's are not as interesting as I hoped they would be, at least for me they are not that impressive.

naniwa is such a bad predictable player. its almost a joke to call him a ''pro-player''.
