With you on the rest. Fraer is 15-4 against Nerchio this year. I have a special place in my hearth for nerchio, sorry. People always seem to underestimate him, even though he has cracked a whole bunch of skulls this year.

● The semi finals and the grand final will be played in the DreamArena AMD SAPPHIRE. The four players will need to use a heart beat sensor during the matches. ● The Heart beat sensor will be attached with a stretchable belt around the chest. This will be tried out in advance and attached before the final show begins. Are they going to display the BPM while they play? That would be amazing.

You always know if a player is at risk of dropping out of the group or advancing. The downside is that you can't guarantee you'll get the MARQUEE matchups. Either EVERYONE needs to adopt GSL groups, OR tournaments need a production assistant behind the scenes crunching group numbers. If two players are playing, and I have no idea whether the game has any effect, THE GAME IS ESSENTIALLY MEANINGLESS. How is loosing or winning meaningless ? They can't call themselves competitive players if they can not be motivated by competition alone. Saying it's meaningless= Esports is a joke. I have never heard of a real sports athlete through a match in an official competition just because it is "meaningless" . If you train for this and put in the work and you are payed for it then it's not meaningless. /end rant

You do realise they have a 66% of being at opposite ends of the bracket right? yeah no kidding....Hero and Taeja have met almost every time in the quarter or semi finals. Infact I think this is the first time they have both gone deep in a tournament and had the opportunity to meet in the grand finals! Go Liquid!

They did that at the Hero vs Puma finals this time last year, it was nothing significant tbh

Surströmming motherfuckers! And this is by the way the food that Incontrol agreed to eat if it was made available to him but unfortunately Naniwa was not able to get it through customs and bring to US. But now that Incontrol is actually in Sweden I think it would be a good time to make him pay for that promise. ![]() Yeah we should all tweet Naniwa and Incontrol! If you live near the Dreamhack location and have access to some Surströmming, please bring a can of that to Incontrol. Seriously. He already promised he would eat some in State of the Game if someone could bring it to him so now it's only a matter of someone bringing a can to him and filming the result. Please make it happen. Swedes this is about your national pride. Make it happen. I guess Surströmming is not really someting you have in every supermarket if it causes some mass evacuations but still, would be awesome if you swedes could actually make this happen. ![]()
