I wouldn't really call Ryung beating MKP an upset, Ryungs TvT has always been his best match up, definitely top 3 TvT in the world right now along with that Ryung has a winning record vs MKP in previous GSL games even though they are a year old.

I do agree though, there has been a lot of upsets this GSL.

Darn, looks like my pick for Hyun to win was correct, even though my heart was with Creator. MKP had such a good chance to take the tournament with MVP already out, I was sad to see he blew that early lead against Ryung. Now I am hoping Ryung can win it.

I think to say MKP had a good chance to win this season is a bit of a stretch. I'm a huge MKP fan and having Mvp out early definitely helps, but I don't think he would have a chance if Leenock advances to the ro4. Leenock is favored against every player left in the GSL imo. Most likely player left to beat him would probably be HyuN if he plays IPL FC mode or Soulkey if he's really that good at preparing for opponents. Then again Ryung could continue to surprise me and keep kicking ass. Hoping for Ryung or Leenock to take the season at this point now that MKP is out

Also, I don't mean to be boring about this but, if somehow a terran could win this, I'd say there's a somewhat decent chance that Rain wins next gsl (is it last gsl before Heart of the Swarm?), and thus we would have a Z-T-P-Z-T-P line-up of gsl champs.
Other cool possibility : if somehow we can have Bogus vs Ryung final, there's also a good chance that we get a ZvZ finals on the next run, and thus we would have had all match-ups in gsl finals since january 2012.

Bottom line : please please please don't give me the finals I know I'll get...
