In TSL's foreigners are supposed to beat Koreans And as for the whole Infestor debate... Yes, they got buffed. They're now a killer all-round unit that can be used for multiple scenarios. Having trouble in a game? Make more infestors.

The TSL is renowned as a tournament where foreigners upset Koreans. Especially in TSL3 and TSL2.

Keen will most likely beat Recco... and... Who am I kidding, lost interest in TSL already.

They went from being only useful for delaying/rooting your opponent down for a while to a big DPS output and overall good unit. It's debatable. I think people just learned to use fungal more, just as Protoss learned to use motherships more and Terrans learned to use helions more. I think infestors are no more useful today than they were in the beginning. The DPS buff from (36 pts in 8 sec) to (36 pts in 4 sec) was huge. But the nerf in stun duration was equally huge. It used to be that a single infestor could defend an entire expansion. One fungal growth is enough to hold the harassment units for 8 seconds, which is more than enough for reinforcements to arrive. Also, all air units (like Phoenix, Vikings, or Medivacs) were as good as dead if they get caught by an 8-second fungal. 8-second fungals plus infested terrans would kill air units quite effectively. Nowadays, multiple infestors with chain-fungals would be required. The 9-range neural parasite was actually useful against sieged tanks and thors. Now with 7-range neurals, infestors just die too easily. I don't even remember the last time I saw neural parasite in a ZvT. Unlike mothership or hellions, fungals are regularly used versus everything. zerg behind by like 100+ supply? okay, fungal a few times and now the playing field is even again. Lol, this is so false... Make more medievacs and fungals won't do shit in big engagements. That's why a lot of korean zergs go mutas(and as such have less infestors) to snipe medievacs. EDIT: i saw your reply in the previous page and all i got to say is lol, i don't believe you.

I'm 99% sure starception is a troll, best not feed him any longer.

Same. Once Nerchio lost I was "meh, someone could upset still". Then when Kas and Vortix lost I completely wrote off watching the rest of the tournament.

Looking at the bracket, I don't see anyone I want to root for. I was hoping Squirtle/Vortix would win but now I'm disappointed. Meh, I'll still watch the broadcast for the matches, but I won't be nearly as emotionally invested in who wins.

Yea, will be cheering for JR i guess, but this TSL has been super anti-hype (so far at least).

7 boring faceless koreans left, except for Keen, he does have that cool gif. Would be cool if the wee Scotsman can make it happen but the moment he's out I don't give a damn about TSL anymore.

I don't know much about any of the players but I'm going to support First as he took out my personal favourite player in the competition and also Johnny as he's British.

he didn't say they were boring and faceless only because the were korean.
stop getting butthurt and twisting his sentence. he merely stated that they are boring and faceless, and happen to be korean. i had never even heard of First before TSL. It's just really boring to watch people that have no personality for an english speaking audience.

um bullshit.
He definitely is calling them faceless because they are Korean. not butthurt at all, just hate racism.
Oh yea you're watching a stream of sc2 gameplay, you're not watching them singing or dancing. And there's no interviews with players in this tournament from what I have seen thus far, so you're statement is null.
The only thing you are watching is the players playing and thats the entertainment, their skill.
