I root for Leenock in MC vs Leenock and he is neither the better player / fan favorite. How do I LR thread? :/ In that case you whine about the race of whoever is winning being imbalanced, I guess.

RorO played exceptionally well and earned his win but Hack could have improved on a lot of positioning and made a few crucial mistakes.

Well done by Roro. Coming back after 0-1 with the final map being antiga. Very smart counter attack play. So many times i have seen zerg players allow the terran to kill the 4h with out really punishing the terran by counter attacking. Roro did the same on cloud kingdom, even though he was ahead the entire game. If he makes sure he has more bases, he will always come out ahead if he trades a mining base. And thats what he did. WP

lol now we need a version where Legolas is standing on the elephant's head and shooting it in the head with arrows... with like Seed's face on him or something. I dunno haha

Fantasy Proleague really destroyed Roro's popularity. He might have had a normal fanbase otherwise.

So far my LB tactic has been voting against the kespa players
I think I'll have to start checking if they are in Samsung KHAN before voting ._.

While the qualifier's LR was kind of nasty regarding the elephants, today's thread has seemingly been a lot more good-natured about it, up until about five minutes ago anyway.

All you need is hope, love and poor control.

Doesn't give a fuck since he was way ahead anyways. That last engagement was one-sided.

I kinda wished LR threads go back to rooting for the better player or a fan favorite and stop with this Kespa/GSL distinction. That would be reasonable. Instead TL is going to allow a ton of trolling which can't possibly end well. And then considering it is lose/lose for SC2 fans there will be many bans put out when they get tired of it and react badly. Gom wins? Expected. Kespa wins? ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM! KESPA GONNA DOMINATE. I wish they would stomp this stuff before it gets any worse -_-
judging by ur posts, u shud stop posting ur biased GOM view on things as well..... and thats to say i watch GOMtv more than kespa.... elephant should really stop tho.

For some reason this just reminded me on AoE2 Persian War Elephants or how they were called.
Man, wouldn't it be awesome to have an actually worthy AoE2 successor. I mean I'd love to have multiple RTSs worth watching/playing competitively

Does it use a extended series? So that the finals the player from the loser bracket have to win two sets or something like that? How are the rules regarding that? That is standard for Double Elimination and is fair. The abomination that is extended series is only used in MLG (Map score from first series counting as well if the players run into eachother again) Fair, dont make me laugh. And the fact that it completely kills the hype of the game. I know most places use this, at least before. I really despise it. Oh well. It is not me who is playing so it does not matter that much to me at the moment. Why is it unfair that the winner of the upper bracket (who has not dropped a series up until this point) has a 1 series advantage in the finals. If it wasn't done this way then losing a series in the finals would eliminate them without giving them a second chance (as EVERY OTHER PLAYER has gotten if they lose earlier) ? Because the other player may have had a much easier bracket, or the player just had a bad day/game and it will give him a severe punishment. Having a 1 set lead is a way to big advantage for the player coming from the winner bracket. But most of all it takes out all the excitement from the viewer. Someone coming from the loser bracket is almost guaranteed to lose. Honestly I agree, the Winner vs Winner semifinal game is often much more exciting and tense than the actual final game in extended bracket series. Whoever makes it through the winners bracket not only has this big advantage by extended series, but is much more rested and had to play far fewer games to get there. Having to play less games is advantage enough.
I dunno, I think in a WB vs LB match you have to give the WB a more significant advantage than just more rest. It makes the match a bit boring, but it's necessary for fairness.
This is why I really like the double loser bracket system that was in a foreign tournament recently (maybe MLG?). They had two separate brackets so that one bad match wouldn't knock you out, but the finals just pitted the winners of the two brackets against each other, with neither player having an advantage.
