Yeah, you bloom where you're planted. Not SuperiorWolf's fault that he got put in a group that may have been easier than others and he's taking full advantage of it.. and for the people saying he cheesed Ret, yeah if I knew I could easily win a series by abusing my opponent's build I'd take that advantage as well.

but Kas is used to be tired, cause he plays many EU online tournaments and in Ukraine is 2 hourse in front of EU Most EU tournaments are mid-day or later. many of them end at like midnight, which is late for Ukraine if you have a 'normal' sleeping schedule

Playing late doesn't imply being tired if you don't have a wake-up time? but i know he said more than once something like 'pls start, i'm tired'
Well that's great but what does it have to do with anything? You play shit when you're tired, you don't get used to it wtf man -_-

This is funny and tragic at the same time hahaha

this build is awesome cause Jonny will not go spire. And it is working out soooooooo well, isn't it? ok you're blind. double CC after cloack shee first time in this serie. There is no point in going cloaked banshee against this opening. You can get faster upgrades, more infantry and a faster third. you don't know the purpose of mind games that's all. He showed the eact same stuff as when he allined except this time with a fucking greedy opening. And REcco made unit without attacking against a mother fucking greedy build. And if ForGG was really smart he wouldn't be banking on a simple mindgame because he would've already won this series. CosmicSpiral officially knows better than forGG what forGG should do. I'm so impressed and jealous of such a smart guy. That's such a flimsy argument to make. stay classy Implying being 16 is a disadvantage? I'd say that's the best age for a player seems likely as i cant think of a single player whos ever peaked at 16 you didn't follow bw did you? 15-20 is peak time for gaming. Flash started destroying face when he was 15, Grubby + Moon were in their late teens when they achieved demigod status in china in wc3 thats what im talking about you didnt follow bw did you? I cant think of a single player whos ever peaked at 16. flash didnt peak at 16, grubby moon didnt peak at 16. so for what player has 16 been the best age?

Of course not. If you can't dedicate yourself to the event, then you might as well not show up in my opinion. lodging isn't cheap Of course not, but neither is being a pro-gamer. But hey, that's the choice he made. I sure hope he isn't going to complain about it. Players don't decide how long in advance of a tournament they arrive. Arriving that early at a tournament you don't have practice conditions there, so you're pretty much just wasting your time. Good idea though. Maybe we can host a tournament once every four years and take your advice.
Events and championships occur all throughout the year, every year, not just every four years.......
Maybe the players/managers/coaches/sponsors can take the game more seriously if they want to win.

stay classy Implying being 16 is a disadvantage? I'd say that's the best age for a player seems likely as i cant think of a single player whos ever peaked at 16 I think in theory its best age because your brain is at his peak aswell as physically, BUT at 16 you have school and in generell not so much time to play( parents etc.) Physical peak is late 20s, and mental peak generally is mid 20s, even though some other functions like spatial reasoning peaks in your late 50s. The reason you see teenagers doing so well is because they have less priorities and responsibilities. As much as we might like to say that gaming is mainstream, it really isn't, at least not yet. Many people lose their passion also the more they play the game. Just look at NaDa. His abilities didn't decline because of some physical or mental diminishing, but because his priorities shifted. Let's also not forget the fact that Korean gamers are interrupted for years in the early 20s due to conscription. I think it's a bit silly to say that playing Starcraft is more physically or mentally demanding than say, Nolan Ryan pitching at age 43. If major league baseball players can still be on the top of the world in their late 30s in such a demanding sport, what makes you think that humans can't play starcraft in their early and mid twenties at the top of the game? I mean just because you say things confidently does not make them correct. p.s. SaSe has this base race in the bag I excuse your ignorance. http://www.brainhealthhacks.com/2011/01/06/how-much-cognitive-ability-do-we-lose-over-time-as-we-age/http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/14735112http://www.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/~bradd/gabrieli_2004_nrn1323.pdfNaDa's declining results correlate directly with going to school as well as changing physiological wants (read: significant other). It's quite difficult to lead a family and play starcraft at the highest level, that's why you see players taper off, not because of any mental or physical decline. As an american I can finally understand why the world sees us as douchebags. You sir, soil our country's name. You link to a site 'brainhealthhacks' which has next to zero credibility, as well as a pubmed article by a series of individuals two of which who have been investigated for research misconduct and even despite that they acknowledge the uncertainty of their findings within their own paper! The variability that they acknowledge is massive.
I linked to brainhealth because it linked to the Harvard paper, which would be obvious if you spent a few seconds looking at something other than the title of the website. Secondly, neither John Gabrieli or Trey Hedden have been investigated for research misconduct. Consider this: Gabrieli is a leading professor and researcher in the field @ MIT, as well as being a fellow at the American Association for the Advance of Science..
PS: The pubmed article only has two authors, the same two of the harvard paper.
We can all read the conclusion of the paper for ourselves, and far from saying all the previous work was in err, it simply stated that "As this review indicates, much progress has been made in characterizing the behavioural and neural changes, particularly in memory systems, that are associated with advancing age. Nonetheless, much remains unknown and researchers are grappling with several controversial questions."

No one can blame any player for doing everything to win if its within the rules. Hell if I would play ret and my chances in a macro game would be like 0%, I'd go for 2 rax just like Kas because ret is known for being greedy and it doesn't matter how good you are if you get hit with a full counter to your build you will eventually die.
Just clever play by Suppy and to be honest, Kas & ret are 2 excellent players.. just because MeteoRain isn't known, doesn't mean he isn't good. Ret made lots of Protoss look horrible in the past, even the big names.

why did ret cancel that second spine, he could have denied both bunkers that are pushing right now, hes so greedy ><
|
Kas had like 15 seconds to focus that spine at the natural, he could have broken that. I don't get why he waited. Also before that he had another chance but he again didn't attack... maybe it'll work anyway hum
