Because that is what is considered professional behaviour, and they've acknowledged this a lot on SoTG. Personally I don't really place importance in such things, but hey it's a preference thing.

If major league baseball players can still be on the top of the world in their late 30s in such a demanding sport, what makes you think that humans can't play starcraft in their early and mid twenties at the top of the game? because MLG and GOMTV are US and korea, both cultures where swearing on TV is worse than killing a baby. unlike, say, most countries in europe. these people are not newscasters, they're nerds casting starcraft for a closed demographic of young gamers, it's NBD as long as the cussing isn't overdone (eg. constant). i guess you're not part of that, move on and realise you don't get to define the moral absolute or the definition of professionalism. that'd be fucking stupid, no?
