After game 1 I guess you spoke too soon? -_-... He did quiet well. not really. he took massive damage from 2 banshees, couldnt handle drops, got 1 half-decent engagement in the midgame, and then a-moved infestor/BL to victory.nothing particularly impressive about that. if anything, just showing that he can win without any multitasking. He came back from a terrible position by engaging really well every time. Quite impressive imo. 1 good engagement. Not every time. 1 good engagement. Every other engagement was either a walkover or he lost. No, he actually engaged quite well over and over again. Was very cost-efficient with the muta/ling/bling vs marine/tank wars, which allowed him to get to BLs safely and stay ahead of Rain -_- I thought balance whining wasn't allowed in LR threads anyway. On another note I really like the analysis after the game, although I am not too too interested, but I think it will help some people. From a TV perspective the guy on the left from Complexity needs to talk to the audience and not to Mr. Bitter, it gets annoying. Saying I don't think a player is good isn't balance whine, lol. Wtf? Talking about how he shitted up the game then a-moved blord/infestor to victory is. Good thing I only said the second half of that sentence. Also no, that's not balance whine anyway. It's saying I'm surprised that such a bad mechanics player was able to win. Bolded the important parts for you. I really don't understand, Terran wins a game and people still complain about TvZ balance? Why do I even spend time in these threads -_- I didn't say anything about balance. I said that there wasn't anything impressive about what he did. He caught Rain with his pants down in one instance. There was no massive outplay from Roof in this series. I actually haven't said anything about TvZ other than that I don't like the way it's evolved now. At no point did I say it's imbalanced.
Well there is one important point here. Shiori is negative against everything in this world, as Roof is a part of the world Shiori must be per definition negative towards Roof as well.

Sheth lost to Sasquatch too, which surprised me because me and my shitty play have a 2-0 record against Sasquatch in ZvZ -_-
Honestly with ZvZs though a lot can happen, maybe there was a 10 pool all in or something, I'd be interested in hearing what happened.

Nothing new or unique about Greedy sorry, don't buy it.

MLG appeals to the casual audiences, while NASL and GOMTV are more of a HC SC2 fans tounry. lol what
If he means the regular seasons of NASL then I would say he's correct.
The way I see it premier weekend tournaments are what " casual " viewers will watch, while " hardcore " viewers will watch month-long leagues like GSL/NASL/TSL4/Iron Squid. Also player streams, smaller online tournaments.

He recently qualified for TSL4 beating Major in the finals of his qualifier. I didn't see the matches but apparently Welmu played very well vs Puma according to tidbits from yesterday's LR

It does when your so greedy you don't scout. Seriously, Artosis saying "Won't be surprised to see him come back to the next MLG"..LOL are you serious? Plays the inferior muta style with super early 3 hatch and miscontrols them in game 1, takes sick damage from 2 banshees but wins with hive tech in game 2, and loses game 3 because he can't be bothered to drone scout.
I understand greed =/= bad if you are careful and methodical with it, but come on this guy just cut corners all series.

A Protoss player for Eclypsia, he qualified for the TSL4 by beating MajOr in the finals, used to be on Empire

Simply brilliant no missed that I just caught MrB and Trimaster looking at Rain-Roof g2. very cool to see MLG bringing SC2 the features that sports broadcasts have in the US. I dont care about it in sports, and I dont care about it here. I am only interested in the games. You clearly don't know what the aftergame analysis is actually for, it's productive time filling to give people the time to set up the next game. If it wasn't there there would basically be a commercial break. How people fail to recognize this and would rather want they didn't do it boggles my mind. That's why we need Kpop! Every Single Break ! to pay MLG for membership to view the games and suffer from k-pop? hell no. why would anyone do that ? o_O

Scouting is a way to definitely stay safe, against someone like Rain they should really be scouting, but if you're playing MKP in a ZvT probably no need since it's almost 100% guaranteed 1rax cc or cc first (exploitative play)
my friend, high level players who don't drone-scout have extremely well-defined overlord routes, perfectly tuned builds against this, and sufficient practice to hold it with perfect confidence

yes but in a Bo3 in the losers bracket, i would think scouting is a must because well stuff like that happens.
