Start with explaining how a force that was 80% hellions was meant to kill a third base. because you dont use hellions to kill a building, but the marauders and banshees. the hellions kill the zerglings..... Obviously, and he only had what 1-2 marauders and two banshees? His army had nothing prepared to kill spines/spores/queens, it was entirely geared around killing lings/banes/drones. He killed the ling/banes but then he engaged the queens/static d, instead of going for drones. A billion hellions definitely/2 banshees/2 marauders > 4 queens, a morphing spine, some lings and a few banes. Imperfect micro and huge production by Lucky (one wave of injections from 4 hatcheries) is what let him hold. You're underrating that timing; it very nearly killed Lucky. The timing works pretty well for me, especially since zergs at the masters level don't nearly have lucky's macro. I was wondering what the transition is if you come up against the increasingly common roach openers? Queen/roach on a third seems bulletproof against it. well, i have siege tanks on the way during the push, if the hellion/marauder/banshee gets completely shut down, i usually can't take my third until its too late and then die haha. keeping the banshees alive is really important even if the push fails though, cause it helps prevent zergs from pushing with roaches usually.

Bomber looking real good right now. Hopefully the time he's spent practicing will pay off.

"Small group". Not our fault the second GSTL match is at worst euro time ever instead of being just after having a nice breakfast.
|
I just had the breakfast during GSTL. Was lucky though, that I woke up this early.
And go Bomber. Never know if he is gonna "show up" or not.

Siege tanks need to have a siege mode transform speed buff. So easy to catch them unsieged.
|
Why the hell would you send a terran vs lucky <_< Again Startale just throwing FXO a free win.
