Stephano is American!
I went there.

But I guess it will end up on the TV station's media website as a VOD and can be used as a reference in Sweden when you want to explain your hobby to family and friends.

The Europeans at this event didn't disappoint, really happy to see them able to compete with some of the worlds best. Mana especially owned this tournament so far.

To people who think MaNa all-ins a lot (don't know him well): he actually has been known for his very safe/passive macro style which in time got to be easily exploited by other pros, zergs especially. Agressive MaNa is something new and playing off very well.

Was that Mana killing his own nearly-dead gateway to build a new one?

They're playing to their lineup's strengths =) Some games we get 6 kills in 18 mins, some we get 30 kills in 18 mins. I do admit this game is a bit boring, but again, both teams have a lot on the line in this final game of the tournament. Is a "boring" play-style the strongest way to play? (Like Flash from BW ) Depends on the team and on the lineup. "Russian" dota is usually aggressive, while asian dota is very farm centric. Some teams favour heavy pusher lineups to end the game by the 20-30 min mark, some pick a hero that excels at late game fighting with the proper items, and 4 other heroes to support him (so he won't die, has easy farm etc.) which turn into 60+ minute games. Lone druid (the guy with the bear) is pretty long game centric, because he can in theory have 12 items on him, while other heroes can only have 6 (he can carry himself and his bear can also have 6 items). Tinker (the one teleporting everywhere) also needs some expensive items to become potentially very powerful. So mTw are trying to contain Na'Vi until these 2 can out right kill the other team. I would have to disagree about your assessment with Lone Druid, he is a pretty early push centric hero as his bear can deal very high damage to buildings as well as carry a radiance burn that does not place himself at risk. 20 minute rax push strats are very common with Sylla when the radiance is picked up. Sylla is good because of this. Early pusher and hard carry, he does it all.
