No commercials, 1080p, top tier talent, near instant VOD, top tier players, and a viewing mechanism to watch multiple streams. We have also upgraded our production every single event (jib cameras, PIP, lighting improvements, POVs, etc). We are trying to make this product worth it and I think it boils down to: you either think it is worth the money and pay for it, or you don't. We're constantly adjusting our offering. The thing to keep in mind is that NO ONE in this space has figured it out yet. As a business we need to make money to keep doing these events. Have we found our perfect model yet? No. We plan to keep changing from season to season based on what works. Thanks for your support. Sorry to be a douche but, I just hate this argument. That's like saying the last day of the Premiership had 15 hours of content but it didn't because you can only watch one match. You're also counting FPVods which is just silly. Can I quadruple my previous bit of math to account that each match had on average 12 cameras at it which means the last day of the Premiership had... 180 hours of programming?

I am counting FP view, 100%. That is a stream that you would not have unless we paid to convert it and broadcast it. You can't use the 12 cameras argument because your TV does not allow you to switch to each of those 12 cameras at any time, or watch them simultaneously. If you were able to do that, then I would certainly label those original programming. You can nit pick my comment, and I knew it would be, but I stand by it. Regardless, just say that we're only counting main, game play 1, and the 4 POVs for the 2 uncasted matches, that is 6 streams of original content, or 100+ hours of programming.

But you´re right, technically everyone pays for them, just like everyone pays for the news, the weather and bad german series. You guys realize someone has to pay the money to UEFA, right? If it is state TV buying the event, we all pay it through taxes. If the state does not buy the broadcasting rights, we pay less in taxes but have to buy the event for our own money. In either case we're paying.
