 I hope the BW teams take SC2 seriously, would love to see them keep improving as well as watching quality BW. Think I'd like to see SC2 specialists within the teams instead of encouraging/coercing the current BW masters to play though if they're not really committed to it. Will be interesting to see how it all develops though whatever happens. | ||

Otherwise you won't get enough ghosts and vikings (you want at least 12+ ghosts, and 2-3 vikings per collossi). When I get to my third base I usually directly take my 2 gasses there to get up to 6, otherwise there is absolutely no way to win any fight over 160 supply unless the protoss goes a silly army composition or missmicros brutally. | ||

Ghosts are 200/100. I think what he means is, it's very common to see Terrans floating Gas and being completely starved on Minerals late game. Protoss can easily/efficiently dump excess Gas into Templar/Archon. All of the essential TvP units are more mineral heavy (ghost, viking, marine,maruad). | ||

Actually, when ghosts went from 100/200 to 150/150 some terran players called it a nerf because they now cost more minerals (which took away from the terrans core army). 4 gases (main/nat) is enough for 3 bases of minerals | ||

TvP is so mineral intensive since all your non-gas units get road killed by Immortals and Feedback. :< | ||
