He did well to start with - 2 immorts + sentries + zealots + stalker. Balanced. Stopped Noblesse's all-in in it's tracks. But after he pushed Noblesse back, he had perfect scouting. He should have expanded earlier. Take the risk - if Noblesse pulls 2222222222 SCV's to all-in instead of building a CC, he can always cancel the nexus. But going for HT's? Not sure there. He needed to leave sentries near watch towers and stall. Make the tanks siege closer to the terran base. 1-1-1/tank-marine builds simply should not work on this map anymore. Marines get so clumped that colossi can just swipe them to pieces. Mass phoenixes (~6) is to lift tanks while the ground engages. I'm only suggesting more phoenixes since Seed opened stargate. Otherwise there's no point. Going for colossi fixes most problems in Protoss life. You need 2 bases for this to work. Not convinced by Seed's decision making in that game. | ||
