You obviously don't fallow korean scene closely. He's been playing at this level for over a year now.

I think you're right with that. Seeker missile is bad the way it is now but if it would be casted at longer range it would probably be totally overpowered. It's probably just a bad designed spell and really hard to balance.

Yeah, but he didn't move out till he was at above 190, so I'm pretty sure he was 200/200 before he reached his opponent's natural.
