Korean commentary > English commentary I feel like the korean commentary is overrated. I saw that subtitled video, and it didn't seem that special. I feel like english commentary and korean commentary are serving different purposes to vastly different audiences. They're completely different but if you think they're not close to equally good. The in-depth knowledge (current metagame trends, player info, game flow) given is just a notch higher and the casters are better prepared.
Given that English Starcraft commentating is still in it's infant stages whereas the Koreans have 10 years of BW (and ex-professional gamers) to draw upon, it's kinda a given.

Did Artosis say he LIKES someone going bio-tank? What the... You can't mech on this map the middle is far too open. Artosis must know that.
But....its Artosis

There's still hope for Taeja out-playing Jjakji here. I think Taeja is the smarter player in TvT.
Edit: taking that high-ground was exactly what I meant

Taeja ahead in supply.
HOW?

dejavu from first game anyone?

? This is a good map for mech, because you can do so much just by controlling the middle, and it's almost impossible to break a good mech army if it's on the hill.

lol, jjakji hands taeja the middle.

Just so no one is confused, Stop Spam on siege tank in siege mode doesn't work and won't stop them from shooting.
|
um, taeja might win this?
|
I dont understand. I stopped paying attention for a bit and all of a sudden taeja has caught up?
|
jjakji is like, STIM INTO ALL THE TANKS.
|
Overall I think Taeja is a better macroer. In the 3 sets, he consistently started to have more shit at some point, even after taking a disadvantage early game.
|
Can't believe this is just match 2.
|
hahaha unstimmed marines running up to snipe those tanks and succeeding

It's very easy to go around a mech army on this map, and utilize the layout of the mains for drops and base races.
This map is not a good map to mech on in TvT imo, and I use mech as my default TvT style. I refuse to use it on this map.
