This is the most stacked Code S we've ever had, I'm hoping Huk loses his next 2 games. He simply doesn't belong. His pvt is one of the worst foreign pvts I've seen. He literally dt cheeses every game. People like you in this LR make me wonder about the intelligence of the human race. If HuK wins either of the next two games, surely he has proven that he is Code S worthy? In reality, it doesn't matter what he does, people continuously find fault. These people are known as haters. You are a hater, sir, and nothing more. Therefore, your opinion is invalid. Huk was given a welfare spot into these Up and Downs. He'd have already failed in the Code A qualifications with the rest of the foreigners if he wasn't given this spot... He wins a pvp played awfully by both sides, holds off a poorly executed cheese, then does a poorly executed cheese. He hasn't proven anything.
Unlike any of the other foreigners, besides Sen, HuK actually has managed to show consistently some wins against Code S-ish level Korean players. He might not have the finesse of Naniwa, or the brute force of Stephano, but he actually competes and wins at the top level, which is something they have yet to really do. Furthermore, he is one of only 2 strong foreigner chances in this GSL. Why do we have to hate on him? Let's support him because he is a foreigner who has shown in the past (even the recent past) that he has what it takes to beat people like Oz, Marineking, Nestea, and so on (and therefore compete in Code S).

Huk has never qualified for GSL and as such he has never truly proved himself in many people's eyes and he never will until he goes through Code A qualifiers. You might disagree with whether or not that he has proved himself Code S worthy but you cannot disagree with the fact that he has never qualified for the GSL.

DRG never qualified for Code S, is he worthy? And if so why, prior to his victory.

Judging by your signature, you are a Huk fanboy so your opinion is just as worthless as his was.

Getting Ro8 Code S isn't proving yourself. Beating top Koreans isn't proving yourself?
Get real.

Supposedly MVP didn't practice at all before going to MLG Winter Arena because of his carpel tunnel.

Fucks sake, man. Take a chill pill.

Can we stop with the HuK slagging? Why don't we just see if he advances and then any question about whether he "deserves" to be in or out of code S will solve itself

Didn't DRG also never qualify, do you think he hasn't proven himself?

No foreigner has qualified for the GSL since it has ramped itself up in difficulty. So why should we judge HuK on this technicality?
IdrA/TLO/Ret/Haypro/Jinro/Sen/Torch/Artosis qualifying doesn't count as the tournament itself has fundamentally changed since then. We have actually since the emergence of a whole new depth of Korean talent. All you have to do is remember back to the Open Season 3 qualifiers.
