Of course you are saying this from the perspective of an sc player, who is more inclined to find games like LoL kinda boring. Personally when i watch LoL and a battle happens, to me it's an absolute clusterfuck of abilities being activated everywhere, but to LoL players maybe it makes more sense :p

I'm not a fan of LoL but saying stuff like this is just plain bias, i have a friend that is really into competitive LoL, and there is just as much of a science to understand the fine details as it is for starcraft.

I think that the fact he has traditionally thought the only 'proper' way to play was defensive/macro games has really worked against him and made him really bad at all-ins or timing attacks. Most players are far better at sniffing a good timing out and pouncing.

Actually I don't play SC2, but I follow the scen from the beta times. Maybe it's got to do with me playing DotA for the last few years, before SC2 came out (then I stopped playing any games at all)
