He has a 29 winstreak against non-korean opponents?
OH WELL IT MUST MEAN THAT THE KOREANS ARE GOING TO BEAT HIM.
Pretty much. I looked at his zvp on tlpd and on the first page the only players of note on it are MC and Naniwa and he's 0-4 against them.
His opponents consist of grubby, nightend, mana, bling, titan, rotterdam, seiplo, monchi, socke and hasuobs. Can you honestly tell me any korean zerg would be afraid of that player lineup and wouldn't wreck just as hard?

Please dont be such an angry lil guy, I didnt say he couldnt beat koreans, simply that koreans wouldnt be scared of him with the level of competition they already face.
stephano has an easy ride through this tourny so far... pretty much all PvZ, his best MU, and no real "Star" wins.
To be honest, this tourny is alot weaker than MLG.
I dont know what it is, but i am the type who always vote for the underdog non korean in tournys like these, but i dislike the stephano hype train. I hope he loses in the semi's

He just seems to not be dumb and make spore when he is not seeing gaz-intensive unit such as sentries.. He knows he can drone massively in the early game and he knows when the first Protoss timing push can come... He knows he can trade units cost-ineffectively with a Protoss who camps...
I mean, his ZvP isn't that special, he just never forgets the core mecanics of the MU, plus he never misses one larva inject and has one of the best infestor play ever.
You just answered the question yourself. He´s god damn solid.

Ok, I just looked at his tlpd and he hasn't played great opponents. 9 of those wins are against grubby and no offense to grubby, but he's not close to top tier yet. He also has 2 wins against rotterdam. The 29 wins looks impressive until you look at the opponent list.
Could you show me a comparable win streak against comparable opponents by any other player?
I'm asking because I don't follow SC2 closely enough to know myself, but I've sort of noticed how a lot of people here doesn't acknowledge how incredibly good Stephano is.

As a Protoss I have a tendancy to think the other way around, ie : Zergs are dumb/not solid except Stephano ;D

Most korean zergs would put up a similar streak against the opponents he faced, except they don't get to face those players for 30 games in a row.
Stephano is a good player though. He's just not comparable to top koreans. At home story cup he went 0-6 against mkp, mc and sound.
