Come on let's be honest here, the cheaper upgrades mean nothing. Having 2-3 extra units 15 minutes into a game really doesn't change anything.
It did make people do double forge more often, but still it didn't make protoss any stronger.

Its weird that Toss upgrades are cheaper than Terran upgrades.
Maybe because of Mules or because Toss gateway is weaker than rax units? But the thing is Colossus/Immortals share upgrades...

Identical gate/gas timings.
Puzzle's core is a little late.
Both players take their 2nd gas.
4-gate for Vines. 1-gate Twilight Council for Puzzle.
Puzzle gets a probe in Vines' base but turns around before actually scouting the 4-gate!
