No excuse, you should have a reactor from your barracks ready to switch by that point in the game

Getting a raven is very awkward. You can't get it in a way that doesn't screw up current builds and timings.

We (terrans) need to find a way to incorporate ravens in the mid-game.


Is this still true with the builds that get banshees? It will delay medivacs but I don't know if that makes it awkward, but just slower and less risky.

And when you are trying to go somewhere, they're always dragging their heels because they want to stay at home and watch movies. I swear they fly slower just to frustrate us. Fucking Ravens man...

pdd will stop mutalisk volleys for less than a second.


And if u do a raven then u re producing medivacs one by one if u dont make a second starport ... I mean its not impossible but i m rly not sure its good to make early/mid game (but late game when u can get 3/4 so that they are effective with pdd or missiles).

PDD's are useless in TvZ due to how easy it is to force them with mutas and how easy it is for mutas to disengage again. A raven in TvZ is a 200 gas paperweight that detects.

They should really give Ravens stimpacks... Marines can shoot faster with those things, they could pedal faster so they don't slow down drugged Terran armies.

You mean the 50 cheaper gas? They didn't buff/nerf ghost actual stats except made it cost a little less gas. So I don't think that patch had much of an influence on if terran can afford it or not.
