It's pretty obvious that Tassadar is extremely inexperienced in the lategame. Either that or he's far too nervous. He has good ideas but can't execute them anywhere close to "efficiently".

Tassadar is the worst player between the two, he pulled out stupid builds in both matches he played today and he won against Morrow with a poorly executed all in that totally relied on Morrow not being prepared, hence didn't require any deep preparation or response to what his opponent was doing. In short I'm saying Tassadar is playing like a scrub. You need to calm the hell down. Morrow played worse and lost, that's it. na morrow didnt play worse he just got caught off guard by a luck based build, cloud just comes off extremely agressive but he means well : D No Hydras was luck or a bad decision? personal preference, morrow likes dealing with stargate openers with spores + queens because hydras are sorta bad against 2stargatge type builds cus they get picked off easily by phoenixs once theyre rallied out, instead he goes into infestors which allows him to gain map control/hit/defend timings cus the most logical follow up to stargate openers is twilight tech hydras get picked off easily by phoenixes yes but so are infestors...and they're 3x more expensive. Also isn't the most common follow up robo-colossi build? I do understand your point though, I just can't agree with it  btw ignore the haters. I'm glad we have competitive players among us 
I don't know lately but Morrow used to like infestor against colossi builds as well so the logic works anyway.

Tassadar should expand everywhere with canons, now he can warpin mass zealots and have one HT in each expo and be safe vs drops.

If he lost cause he played worse then I wouldn't be so upset about the result of the match. Still fun how people fail to realize how protoss game design is a complete failure. I'm not gonna talk about this anymore since there's too many clueless players who don't understand we're watching poker and not starcraft. You know that it's the same thing for protoss agianst terran early game. Complete guessing game. I really dont know what point you're trying to make. is it that protoss is OP or just that theres too much guessing going on in teh game in general? My point is every matchup with a protoss in it has too many gamble aspects in it, sometimes from both sides. They just totally failed to design protoss and that's why we see terrible protoss players winning against better ones and insanely good protoss players losing to scrubs. That's kind-of true with the PvP part  The 4-gate thing with warp-gate mechanic seems to to still allow lesser players to beat superior players! I disagree with that. Back when 4g seemed (or was?) the only viable strategy in PvP, the winner was decided by skill (micro). Now that there's theoretically a ton of possible builds, it became a gamble. But nobody had the chance to scout after the 4gates, so the transitions (DTs, Robo, Blink) were random and kinda rock-paper-scissoresque
It's not like the situation right now is any different. Any possible scout (unless your opponent fucks up) comes at a time where both you and your opponent have already decided on the tech path. With both players pretty much always 4gating, you at least had a good chance of beating your opponent before the transition.

8D u dont have enought gas to go collosus(unless u do alot of damage, if u dont then the z has too much eco and going colossus isnt cost efficient cus u cant mass them up fast enought and the z ends up overrunning u) and the infestors arnt ment to deal with the stargate opener theyre a follow up to the tech(i previously stated why he does this), his defence vs stargate openers = spore + queens
