The thing is, there are people that did predict exactly these players to be extremely strong, BEFORE they won major tournaments.
Artosis was saying nestea is the best zerg before anyone else., while idra was continuing to say he sucks even after he won gsl season 2, saying: "i will win the next gsl, so we finally have a good winner"..
Stating the obvious, that someone is good AFTER they won a tournament, i can just facepalm at that.
IdrA didnt win any big tournament, just a few smaller ones (like iem china, asus) but that doesnt mean he is bad according to your logic that a player can only be considered good after winning a major tournament.

He is faster and his max army control is much better. Stephano is not mechanically far superior to Idra at all. But i would agree tht his max army control is better. I feel like his decision making and crisis management is better. It's like he possesses a lot more mental strength.
Yea, i would agree. But Stephano doesn't having amazing mechanics.
