I don't really think that anything that Forgg did was cheese/all-in other than clever use of units and early aggression. He was teching up or expanding behind everything with some extremely clever tech-switches and trying to keep his units alive long as possible without losing them.

How can anyone hate on that? Isn't that what you want to see?

But they still were bw pros in a proteam, which makes them better than....everyone in the world. So calling them bad is very relative.

To be fair, nestea WAS bad when he switched over and started playing starcraft 2 in season 1, but then he raised his skill level by a lot in season 2. He should be respected for how much he's improved, and players who were much better than him in sc1 were passed up mechanically, strategically, and in every other aspect.

There were a lot of factors:

He played against Liquid`HerO. As a TL community, there were SO MANY Liquid fans
PuMa is in EG. Again, ppl see TL and EG as like rivals
PuMa is hated for the 1/1/1. He's been deemed a "cheesy player"

:/ as much as I hate it yeah..... too much hate on PuMa


People who watch GSL for the most part don't have that crazy terran hatred either, because for many seasons Terrans was the only thing you saw at the GSL.

true but one thing you not keeping in mind is that sc2 requires alot less skill so those b teamers are still playing great and probably still play good even agaisnt a teamers. like forgg and even flash and bisu YEAH I SAID IT......

Another thing we have to think about right now is the surprise factor of forGG. No one knows his style in sc2 really. I can see him winning a Code S title in the future, but not ready to say he will next season (like Artosis)

omg this argument comes up all the time. boxer was good during a time when sc1 wasn't as figured out and when the level of play was much lower than today's.

when we say people are excited about bw pros switching over, we're talking about the bw pros who are at the top of their game during the eras when the level of play had risen to a high enough level...around 2007/2008 +
