Last game between Naama and Nightend is starting now and the next two quarterfinal games are scheduled to start..now. A small wait but no "three hours".

i'd say puma is easily top 5 terran in the world.
Failing to qualify for Code A multiple times denies that statement. I know he's not in KR anymore, but playing decently in foreign tournaments doesn't cut it for "Top 5 terran". Maybe Top 10. Maybe.
maybe?? he just beat DRG who has one of the best ZvT in the world. there even aren't more than 5 good terrans in Korea LOL
'Best' is such a complex term. You can break it down into so many different categories. Current form, pure skill level, achievements, ability to handle pressure, your own personal favouritism....etc. Unless you truly seperate yourself from the pack like MVP or NesTea, it really is hard to compare players.

:D love them tears of QQ
What's QQ about this? People aren't allowed to dislike tuning into a serious competition to have it ruined by shit they can see on ladder all day? Surprise! People like interesting games!

Proxy rax into some helion & cloak banshee off 1 base. It's a "rush", not an "all-in".
Its a SC2 LR thread, everything is cheese, everything is an all-in, there is always a reason why someone lost jetlag, sick, depressed,on death bed Ect. Ect.
On November 26 2011 22:54 Alpina wrote: so sad drg got cheesed
not really as he wouldn't have won by scouting the proxy rax, (also he scouted the the missing racks in time knew whats coming but didn't build a spine for safety, so greedy while it could have been everything, probably felt save because of the early gas and thought proxy hellions) Then attacking the bunker without spine support. because he thought puma would focus the queen and he would get the marines with his lings.
Cheese is a 50/50 win chance if unscouted, being an instant loss when scouted. The exception of this is if the opponent cutting things in favor of eco, changing the 50/50 chance of winning in your favor.
Proxy racks in sc2 aren't really cheese anymore, since you have to build that depot and thanks to buildings flying super fast, you might only lose 1-2 marines if you have to fly home. I would say it goes under taking a risk to get an advantage.
the term got formed in bw, so we should keep the description or use another term. Or should we call moving the 6 starting workers to the mineral line now Maynert slide ?
you guys are all delusional if you think puma isn't one of the top terrans, right below mvp and mma. all you have to do is look at his gameplay and mechanics to know he is one of the best.

Bomber, MMA, MVP, Ganzi, Taeja. More that I'm forgetting.
Puma is good, but not easily top 5.
ganzi and taeja havent won shieeet
skill isn't based on the amount of tournaments one has won, sorry. pumas wins are in international tourneys too, while he can't qualify for Code A
MMA couldn't qualify for Code A either, that's an incredibly stupid argument
so is your statement of skill equating to number of international tournament wins.
Or better yet why don't we just use the measurement of there play instead? Picking a top 5 for a race is completely up to a persons perspective. If some people want to use a place in the gsl as the measuring stick more power to them and vice versa if people look at tournament performances as a whole
