Here we go again. This weekend is about good games and good fun. Don't rain on that parade. Play nice guys. Here's the very standard and friendly: - NO Balance Whine. - NO Player Bashing. - NO Caster Bashing. - NO BM whatsoever. Breaking these rules (from pg 166 forward) will be met with severe punishment.

MC chose a map to do a two base all in on. Simple as that. MC has never been a macro-based player. He figures out timings and uses good micro to make it work virtually every game he plays. MC has always had great macro, his timing attacks just have overshadowed that. If you don't think he can macro than you haven't seen all his games.

Well it just boils down to why the fuck did he choose this map I guess. He could have taken it, but that doesn´t mean he could have defended it. When they say that P can´t take a 3rd on this map they don´t mean it literally. The architecture of this map makes a 3rd against Z a burden more than anything. But yeah Weird that he chose this map lol

Why people keep picking it against him is beyond me. I originally thought he picked it to do the sentry drop that he SLAUGHTERED idra with on that map. But he didn't make stargate units like in that game, and then didn't do anything with the warp prism, perhaps because he let DRG see it, dunno.

MC chose Dual Sight intending to go nexus first into a sentry drop to block the ramp. He saw DRG get a fast 3rd and then get tunneling claws and speed for Roaches (counter to sentry drop). When MC got the Warp Prism he realised he could not do the sentry drop so went for a 7gate +2 Blink Stalker + Immortal all-in, but it was so late that the insane economy of a Zerg left alone for 5 minutes kicked in and MC lost, regardless of insane micro. He didn't want to snipe DRG's 3rd then: DRG had very little mining there anyway, and MC had no intention of evening up bases and expanding himself. He needed to kill DRG then and there to win, because Protoss can't take a 3rd expo on Dual Sight. EDIT: I would say there were 2 reasons MC lost 1) He chose Dual Sight when there are other maps with small chokes 2) He made no Stargates to pressure overlords into moving/force Queens/force Spore Crawlers/force Hydras and allow MC to do the drop freely (getting Roaches with tunneling claws and speed as well as having the above is impossible by the time the sentry drop happens).
