People like to root for the underdog, and MVP is ALWAYS the favorite. Plus his play is just solid, which isn't especially fun. MKP is fun to watch because he has famously good marine micro. MMA is a lot of fun to watch as well because his multitasking with drops is soooo good, which just creates really fun games. MVP does everything well, but he usually just stomps people with nice clean play, which honestly... is not that entertaining. So it's way more fun to watch him lose. He's a nice guy and I don't think he really has many anti-fans, but it shouldn't be too surprising that he doesn't have many real fans either. | ||

During his reign, when no one could beat him, people were actually joking he might destroy e-sports because of how boring the scene had become. It's the same thing with MVP. | ||
