I loved his ghost play vs July in GSL but this final game was probably the best game I have ever watched......

Watch how you approach the topic of match fixing. You can speculate, saying "I'm not so sure about the finals, something doesn't sit right with me," but if you are going to outright accuse players of match fixing you need something more than your word. TL takes match fixing/abuse seriously and as such there is a burden a proof when you are accusing players. - p4NDemik

But overall they were 3-3 (nestea had won 3 including their series that knocked MVP to lower bracket finals) and MVP winning their "7"th game in a since. If MVP hadn't lost in the upper bracket then yeah it would have been "outclassed so hard" but overall MVP just beat nestea one more time. If you want to count the previous series surely they just played a bo9 since it would have been 3xBo3 ?

I withold my stance: NesTea gave MVP that game. There is no logic behind his gameplay in the last match. Despite anyones whine on ghosts; That was not the major problem here, NesTea didn't even do the fundamentals like rebuilding lost expansions or countering the drops. He even stopt dropping the ghosts in MVP's base when he still had 12+ banelings left in the overlords... he'd killed all of them but he just stopt for no apparent reason (not to defend his bases since they still all died during this so what the fuck was he doing?) The repeated nuking may have affected him. I agree with you about the ghosts, MVP also had a good number of vikings that went mostly uncontested in the air. NesTea seemed to have difficulty handling MVP's turtling on that map.

If this is true it makes this finals even more disappointing knowing that they weren't giving it their all... Seriously 24 BL vs ghosts??? what was he thinking.. :\

Just set the rallies use shift to queue up 3 drops and 3 nukes at once, impossible to deal with every location on the map at once with melee units. Marines beat everything in the air, so you have to run around map architecture while Terran just flies over it. Meanwhile, Zerg's options are easy to clean up and can't be sent to multiple locations at once. Nydus never even got planted, and he wasn't even able to drop all of his overlords. Siege tanks with turrets and marines beat everything coming out of 1 choke except T3, yet he still has so much supply that he can just mass Ghosts and Vikings and defeat every T3 combination. 2 Thors + 3/3 marines make any number of Mutas worthless. Seriously, there is literally nothing that Nestea could have done. His APM was easily stretched to the brink, and we're talking about Nestea here, he looked horrible because there is literally no way to control your army in that many places and keep up with Terran "APM" of 3 shift clicks and a shift+D that he set up 2 minutes earlier. The map sucks balls in a split map scenario of course, but literally EVERY MAP has a choke somewhere, and that's ALL Terran needs. I like the part where Mvp is generally accepted to have superior micro and multitasking to Nestea. Utilising his superior abilities = imbalance? Right. T__T
