There isn't, and never was, a single unit or ability in Starcraft - either BW or WoL - that is anywhere close to the amount of instawin like a burrowed baneling is. I'm not saying there isn't a way to counter bling mines, I'm not saying it wasn't Boxer's fault he lost that game - but as a spectator, I think it's fucking ridiculous that a guy can be stomping his opponent for 20 minutes, then lose to literally 50 min/gas and 2 clicks. It's a dumb mechanic, period. I pretty much agree with this. I am not calling anyone a moron, but there are a lot of differences between a baneling bomb and spider mines beyond just both cause massive damage. It is kind of stupid boxer lost that game he was winning because he needs to skip tanks to get a raven to just sit there and spot possible bombs or picked off by mutas. | ||
