wasn't that great, NesTea clearly didn't give a shout about AOL and just pissed his advantage away, not wanting to show his builds because of their up-and-coming GSL match
Honestly his build wasnt the reason he won there head to head. He was still probably going to lose that if not for a pretty bad miscontrol by MMA to give Nestea the game.
If only there was a decent Zerg player in the EG practice house...
I heard IdrA pretty good when not rage quitting and going to bed.
I heard Idra didnt rage quit in a while
If by a while you mean last night...
Learn your definition of raging. Almost falling asleep in your booth, and sleeping before your match sounds way more like fatigue and jetlag than raging. I suppose it is true since IPL gave an official statement about it as well. But I guess you don't care cus you're a mindless Idra hater. Or you didnt really know
I love IdrA actually
If he had beaten WhiteRa do you actually think he would have forfited the other two and went to bed?
No.
He specifically said that he was still on China time... And who the fuck knows if he would have or not. Either way, he didn't "ragequit" (which is a stupid and overused term)

I didn't know you could predict things like this, but you sure showed me.<---sarcasm
I am not Idra, but if he is falling asleep in booth, and the group play was just for a little more money then I bet he would go to bed.

Holy hell, have any of you at least watched a BW pro game? Spider mines do less damage due to how the game mechanics are, fill a very specific niche without which the game would basically be unplayable in TvP, AND introduce a lot of very intense, very high-level micro tricks, ie shooting the mines down, kiting them into tanks, forcing shuttle use, etc.
Baneling mines are absolutely NOT necessary for the game to be 'balanced' the way spider mines were (one could argue Z is slightly weaker than T in the match up, but not massively so); and a single lucky baneling hit can literally turn ANY game from a clear loss to an instant win. There isn't, and never was, a single unit or ability in Starcraft - either BW or WoL - that is anywhere close to the amount of instawin like a burrowed baneling is.
I'm not saying there isn't a way to counter bling mines, I'm not saying it wasn't Boxer's fault he lost that game - but as a spectator, I think it's fucking ridiculous that a guy can be stomping his opponent for 20 minutes, then lose to literally 50 min/gas and 2 clicks. It's a dumb mechanic, period.
no, noone here watches or came from BW, now go away,

I pretty much agree with this. I am not calling anyone a moron, but there are a lot of differences between a baneling bomb and spider mines beyond just both cause massive damage. It is kind of stupid boxer lost that game he was winning because he needs to skip tanks to get a raven to just sit there and spot possible bombs or picked off by mutas.
The thing is, burrow comes out later than starport, terran can make 1 raven just as they used to make a science vessel vs lurkers to combat the style for very little loss, it will probably even become standard in the future. I agree banelings are a bit too INSTADEATH, but they are part of the game and we cant change them
