People Ganzi beat (yes I know they aren't Koreans but I figure I might as well list them): Ddoro Darkcell Demuslim tgun ThisisJimmy
Then: Machine Moonan Select Kiwikaki
Loses 2-1 to MVP
Then he beats: Rain Huk
Loses 2-1 to MMA
Beating Huk & Rain says he certainly could be Code S.

But this recent trend of every terran doing it in important situations is a joke and unfair to protoss competitors who work just as hard as them to get where they are. His protoss opponents who were just trying to play a solid game should be the ones getting a break, not someone using a retarded build because they're jetlagged. Blame the game or shut up. No? Obviously his protoss opponent didn't work very hard if he didn't know how to properly respond to a recurring build. Really? Tell me how it is not undefendable if the terran executes it correctly. Please direct me to one game a terran has lost doing this in the GSL where he didn't make an obvious error. It's only just regained popularity in the gsl so I don't have an example, but choya beat jinro at mlg when he was going for it by going stargate. Yeah, he did an all-in against Jinro, the only one that counters 1-1-1 (and doesn't in all cases, the viking if micro'd properly can hold it off---I've seen plenty of times when this has happened, for example a replay of MC v. Apocalypse, where Apocalypse then went out and rolled MC), and loses to many other things as well. You want PvT to become 1-1-1 all-in and 3gate voidray every game, then? If that's those are the strategies that work sure, sometimes matchups are like that (see BW ZvZ). Until it gets fixed it will be used, it's just another shift in the meta game. Just like 5 rax reaper or khaydarin amulet HT. Gonna leave it at this and get back on topic for this thread.
There was no shift in the metagame for 5rax reaper, zergs just literally all lost to it and complained enough that reapers were nerfed. Khydarian amulet, there was never even a huge ruckus about it because so few people used templar back then anyway. If that is the shift in the metagame then terran has every other potential build to do against 3gate voidray that beats it, or they go viking first into cloaked banshee and use the viking to snipe the obs. The problem with this strategy that unlike 5rax reaper, it is almost unnerfable because every unit used in it is extremely important in other situations with the units.

You win, the game is broken.
I wonder if Wolf's complaining has anything to do with all the PvP's he got when recording with artosis

Grouping 2
Players: SlayerSBoxeR MVP_DongRaeGu FOXSoccer FXO.Slog FXO.Optikzero
why Boxer and DRG have to be in the same group

So much whine. If you want to be a good player, you'll find a way to deal with it. OK maybe YOU won't, but pros will. Every once in a while, some new rush is developed, then people figure it out, no tears need be shed. It's like whenever pros whine about being cheesed on the ladder. Maybe it's not the most productive practice for you, but if you can't beat it that's your own problem.

Not the same group. We don't know the brackets yet. Just in the 2nd group of qualifiers.

I don't like watching PvP very much, but this game is pretty intense.

Like everyone has repeated for the last 3 pages, this build has been around since beta and there is still no way to beat it when executed properly. I'll stop complaining if MC finds some way to beat it in his group since it'll inevitably happen to him at least once, maybe through phoenix play, but I'm not optimistic.
