DRG has obviously used this many times before, and he probably knows that it's safe against 4 gates.
Naniwa obviously changed his strategy to a 4gate after seeing the gold base, but he was actually just falling into DRG's trap. I actually think the best response to this strat would have been to just go for a void ray/phoenix expand..

I don't see how anyone can fault Naniwa for leaving the game there.
He committed to a 4 gate against a gold based Zerg and was being forced constantly to go back and forth to defend his base. He lost his probe to build his proxy pylon. Also his keyboard and mouse screws him up. He had lost the game already. Even if he won that engagement, he would have lost.

Wrong response to the scouting of gold base, a MC 3 lot rush is better than a stalker rush in terms of dealing dmg, rmb how it nearly took out a hatch against some zerg? it probly will smash the gold base when u include travel distance.
if u think a build is unbeatable, be creative and ull find solutions
