Lots of stargate play from Puzzle has kind of forced it, but I'm surprised how content he is to stick on it for a long time. --- blink stalkers are pretty good lol. Didn't watch the game but think it depends on how much pressure they're putting on. Don't really have time to tech and wait for energy or have much gas to spare when they're pressing in and you could potentially just die.

Sucks for Puzzle, but oh well, he's in Code S anyway. I'm not going to cheer for Sage now, because my favorites usually end up losing when I cheer for them...

Your other matchups are amazing while your PvZ seems to be your falter TBH curious got tremondously lucky with the pylon snipe and scout of the stargate + no robo, if he doesn't get that scout in I think puzzle would've taken it or at least kept it even.

By being passive you actually allow protoss some breathing ground to tech to colossus. It was better to just keep making hydras, because its 3 base vs 2 on even upgrades and you've killed off all the sentries. Ergo, you can just exhaust puzzle's resources and then pwn.

Don't think that particular game showcased everything that blink stalkers could do vs. hydras.

Oh no doubt, though you show that stargate anyway. But yeah that pylon essentially screwed him.

Pretty much, as soon as curious saw the stargate he knew his stalker count would continue to be low and all he has to do is produce another queen, a few spores and drone up while teching to hydras + burrow to counter the incoming blink push since he knew no collossus would come anytime soon ^^ Just well played by curious completely, even producing a forward spore to counter any obs' with his army.

And to scare the toss a bit into thinking it's a drop. But mostly to mess with his stalker AI. Edit: The thing with attacking ground is: if the overlords are barely ahead, they eat the first rounds of shots from the stalkers so his army gets the initial shot. Slow attack speed from stalkers type of thing, same with when the back ones get out of range of the front.
