Thing is if toss goes 1 base colo, the T expands and the toss is behind. You can't break a terran with 1 base colo, it's too slow.
The key is the raven, maybe if PDD required research it would be ok, because PDD just eliminates stalkers which means banshees rule.
A big factor in stopping it is making sure you don't fight at your nat, so the raven can't PPD/
