The problem for Starfresh though is - it was not his place to demand a DQ. Infinity was the opponent. Infinity could/should have requested the walkover.
(though I think it's noteworthy that Starfresh said to the admins that both of his possible opponents dont answer. He was not lying to the admins at all).

injustice hit both of us in a row from each's point of view, but it could have been ruled in a game if thefreshone didn't ignore me and listened to the admins' statement, which was to play the game.
thefreshone obviously failed to state to the admin that we were actually playing the round, i cannot imagine the admin giving a defwin if he said so, requesting a defwin while we were playing was a douchebag move anyway, the cup was 3 rounds from finishing, you can't expect the whole bracket to be synchronized anyways.
i should not have played another cup, but stuff like that is just usual, if you think i'm a bad person because i play 2 tournaments at the same time, then goody, beastyqt, (list goes on forever) should be insulted in the same way.
the admins of competo are incompetent, they do not contact players online and i suspect them of not even having starcraft 2. they take hours to answer on IRC whenever you try to contact them, and generally make decisions that are senseless (someone HAD to enter a score for me vs infinity to give a walkover in the next round, when this was done remember that i HADNT won yet).
people insulting me personally are wrong, had i lost, infinity would have had the same way to go,

Remember Fresh has no way of knowing that Toxi was in a game with his Competo cup opponent. Only that Toxi + his opponent are both in games. If he knows Toxi played a game outside of the tournament then it's reasonable to assume that his opponents aren't playing their game.

Fresh definitely could have handled it better by asking the admin for the status of the game or giving a more complete picture, but asking for a DQ wasn't unreasonable either.
