just wow... poor op, sry man But OP you should really fix your tone next time, and dont spam messages like you did in irc. Frankly Toxi, it was probably your fault for being on his ignore list. Given your irc messages I could see how you coulda flamed him in a ladder game and gotten ignored. manner up next time | ||

even if you got the defloss without fault of yours, it's still a decision made by the admins and not by freshone. but at the time this all was revoked (!!!!!!!) and you were given a place in a higher bracket till which you did not play (!!!!!!!!!!) it was nothing you should have accepted. jus remember how they treat you and treat them the same. win another tournament, you already stated there are many many many! | ||

First by letting their admins make a big mistake, second; by not correcting their mistake but foremost; not turning up in any sort of way to commentate on the subject or give some additional info/repercussions. | ||

WAT! Game over. This is such a blatant case of poor admining. She should have differed to another admin, the fact that she didn't is one of the most painfully unprofessional things I've seen. It doesn't matter which player was in the wrong, it doesn't matter what else happened. An admin should never make a decision regarding a close friend or significant other. It makes both the admin and the player look bad. | ||

Facts: -toxi played 2 cups -fresh waited 30m for toxi and got a defwin -fresh played two more round after that game and won -toxi came back and got a (unfair) right to play against fresh, even tho fresh had won a DQ from toxi because he was later 30m because he was playing another tournament -fresh didn't saw or didn't want to play against him because toxi was allready DQ -fresh was DQ and toxi got his spot 2/3 round ahead admin = shit fresh = got owned toxi = should have been DQ and didn't deserve a spot 2/3 rounds ahead and then comes here and insults everybody by trolling and lying etc.. This doesn't take away my sleep but it shows the true colors of the admin and toxi! | ||

next time you try to reason with an admin, try to not sound like a raging 13 yr old. you will have a better chance of being heard. but yes, once admins decide to give out a defwin, the must stick with it to toxic: being busy playing a long tvt in another tournament is no excuse. you are responsible for showing up for a match in time. if you can't arrange it, it is your fault. | ||

After hearing the point of view from both players, I would like to hear from the organization or one of the admins to shed some light on the situation. Especially if competo wants to save face. | ||

(1) Do not play in any other tournament at the same time. (2) Do not flame your opponent, casters or admins in either irc, ingame or through battlenet Sometimes, I get the feeling that these two rules would clear up most of the problems arising in tournaments. | ||
