If you reduce Snipe's range to 9, I feel it would be way too easy for HTs to completely destroy ghosts through minimap spam-clicking; Snipe wouldn't be able to help as much against it since it actually requires good mouse accuracy vs. spamming, which is just so much faster (assuming the Terran doesn't have medivacs floating around).

If feedback through minimap is removed, I think it would be fine to reduce Snipe by 1.

Yeah, I mean, how silly of Squirtle to max out on his core units with some support, against a Terran maxed out on his own core units with some support. He should have known the Terran building Ghosts meant he had to whip out a gateway/ht/Colossus/archon ball, and then maybe have a chance at coming out even in an engagement if Taeja decided to miss his EMPs.

And yeah, 2 Colossi would have changed something, just like 10 Carriers. I guess Squirtle should get 10 Carriers next time, that way he can win!

Also, when exactly were Zergs maxing out on roach/ling vs Terran? o.O

Does any pro player really use minimap feedbacks? I'm pretty sure that it's far less useful than you think it is. On large maps, it has to be almost pixel perfect and harder than simply targeting them.

If they don't -- I actually think they might swap between the two methods depending on the situation and/or map (e.g. if your opponent just has a bunch of ghosts wandering around, then why not spam-click for faster casting?) -- then there's no harm in removing minimap casting anyways. ^^;

It's good that Taeja is mixing it up with some cheese/one-base play. You got to do it so that your opponent doesn't just blind counter you.
